The first thing anybody notices.

The best way to make a good first impression is with a fresh coat of paint. It is like a book cover. We treat your home, your family, your neighbors and your belongings with respect, and we paint as if the building were our own.

How a job goes

Most of the finish is decided before the color goes on.

Prep takes longer than painting. It is also what keeps the paint looking good for years.

Start with an estimate
  1. 01

    Walk-through and estimate

You tell us what you want. We look at the property and give you a clear estimate based on the work involved.

  2. 02

    Protect and prep

Furniture and floors are covered, surfaces are cleaned, repaired and sanded. Most of the final quality is decided here.

  3. 03

    Prime

The right primer for the surface, applied evenly, so color goes on smoothly and lasts.

  4. 04

    Color and finish

Your chosen color goes on in as many coats as the look needs, finished with the sheen you picked.

  5. 05

    Clean up and walk through

We clean the space and go through the finished work with you before we leave.

Where we work

Based in Danbury. Painting across the region.

Each town has its own housing stock and weather exposure. Pick yours for what we look at first when we paint there.

Before you call

Straight answers.

How estimates work, what paint we use, and how to get ready for a visit.

How is an estimate put together?

After you tell us what you need and we see the property, we estimate the hours the work will take, apply labor rates, then add materials. The total is your estimate.

How do I get an estimate?

Call us or send the estimate form. A consultant asks a few preliminary questions, and you can then book a walk-through, which is the most thorough way to scope a job and ask detailed questions.

Do you use latex or oil-based paint?

We mainly use latex, which works on almost any surface and comes in many finishes. We sometimes use oil-based paint where durability matters, such as doors and trim, but we use it sparingly.

Can latex be painted over oil?

Yes, with proper prep. A properly cleaned and sanded surface takes good-quality latex well. Oil paint cannot be applied over latex.

Do you offer low-VOC or environmentally friendly options?

Yes. Many paints are now non-toxic and low in VOCs, and we try to recycle leftover cans. Ask your consultant about options.
